Problems with an intel Driver

Hello! I'm having a weird issue with a graphic card belonging to a hp laptop (serial number hp 250 g7) wich has an Intel® UHD Graphics 620 ( See product here: https://www.neobyte.es/portatil-hp-15-250-g7-i3-1005g1-8gb-512gb-8129.html ).  Theorically the driver needed is the following: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126789/Intel-UHD-Graphics-620 but when I am installing it it dispays an error: "This installation package is not supported by this processor type".

I have no clue in what might have gone wrong, and I also tried several drivers from this website: https://support.hp.com/es-es/drivers/selfservice/hp-250-g7-notebook-pc/24381316

Hardware Id is the following:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8A56&SUBSYS_86C1103C&REV_07
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8A56&SUBSYS_86C1103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8A56&CC_030000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8A56&CC_0300

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advanced.

We need more information to identify the cause of this problem. Please share with us the following information:


  • Which driver versions did you try?
  • Which version of Windows do you use?
  • What is the model of the processor?
  • Is this error showing with both the Intel and HP drivers?
  • Which graphics driver do you use right now?
