Hi Intel team, I want to put a custom resolution option in intel graphics software, can you make this option available for all, I have a A380 and don't have custom resolution option.
Update: We need virtual resolution like Nvidia and AMD.

Because this way Intel software will be more useful, more user friendly, more competitive with other motherboard manufacturers and will have what AMD and NVIDIA commonly have.

Hi eonline,
Thank you for the feedback. As an alternative, you can use the Intel® Graphics Command Center (Beta).
To add a custom resolution in IGCC Beta:
1. Open IGCC Beta and go to the display option
2. Click the plus sign on the Resolution dropdown box.
Alternatively, the Custom Scaling option can be used modify the size of the display rather than customizing the resolution. Customizing the refresh rate though is not available on Custom Scaling.
Please let me know if this addressed your concern. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Archie D.

Nothing works to get 2560x1440
Edit: I have to use CRU.exe to get the desired resolution, so I ask Intel to add custom resolution among other features.

I wanted to ask the Intel team to add virtual resolution to the driver. With an old rx 550 board I can be in 1440p, with the virtual resolution, and with a new Intel Arc A380 not.
It could be called IAVR (Intel Arc virtual resolution) I hope the developers take note of this request that I've been seeing for years.
@ArchieD_Intel virtual resolution will be available? You can provide me a beta driver to test?

Hi eonline,
Thank you for the update. To help in investigating can you please confirm if the KTC 24DY750 is the only monitor you're using, or do you have multiple monitor?
What is the cable you're using and its version?
Kindly note that I can assist you with custom resolution option in this thread. For the Virtual resolution, please create a new thread.
Best regards,
Archie D.
