Hello SANGVT,

Let's further investigate this situation of yours. Please provide the following information by answering my questions below:

  1. What Intel graphics driver you are currently using?
  2. Have you tried using different monitor?
  3. Upon checking on your laptop manufacturer, you are using a GeForce MX550 as your discrete graphics card, have you contact your laptop manufacturer about this?
  4. Have you tried using different display adapter?

I am looking forward hearing from you.

Best regards,

Dell Vostro 3400 Setup and specifications guide

Unfortunately, this video output is the only one on this Dell model, so you will have to live with the limitation of 1080p @ 60 Hz.

This limit is not caused by the Intel graphics integrated in the processor, but by the components that Dell uses to route the signal from the processor to the physical connector.

Try 32.0.101.5768.

All new WHQL!!! releases since this breaks my Monitor Refresh rate to a maximum of 60Hz, just the same.

I had to go back to 32.0.101.5768 to regain 100Hz refresh.
