Request for Fix: Black Screen texture Issue in Marvel Spider-Man 2 with Intel Iris Xe Graphics

Again.
I come to ask you to solve the black screen problem on the Intel Iris Xe integrated GPU in Marvel Spider Man 2, I know that the Intel Iris Xe GPU does not meet the minimum requirements of the game, but many games do not meet them either and you have fixed some bugs, such as Marvel Spider Man Remastered and Ghost of Tsushinima, if this is a problem that cannot be fixed, tell me
these are my configurations:
CPU: Intel Core i5-1135g7
GPU: Iris Xe Graphics
RAM: 2x8 3200MHz
SSD: 256GB NVMe
Windows 11

I will do further research on this matter however I am requesting to kindly manage your expectation since the game requires a higher Graphics, I will still try to have this checked by our Engineers and post the response on this thread once it is available.

Thank you for patiently waiting for our update.


Upon further checking this issue, here is my update.


The game developer restricted this game from using on lower performing GPUs.

Popup message on screenshot inform user that GPU is not supported, pointing to Iris Xe.

Minimum required GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT - GPUs with 4GB of VRAM.

Amount of VRAM may not be the only limiting feature to run game on Iris Xe.


So as much as we want to assist you, the game itself already set the hardware needed to run this game. I hope you understand.

We tried to further check this however we are stuck with the limitation of the hardware requirement of the game.
