Resolution in Intel graphics made my screen out of range

Hello, I accidentally changed my resolution or something on intel graphics control panel and now my screen is out of range, how can i fix this? I can still open and log in to my computer but there's no screen, I tried doing the navigator but it's hard to determine or change the resolution back again. Can someone please help me?
