S1200V3RP graphics card

I’m trying to change my graphics card, I had a MSI N8400GS ad that works fine, then I installed a MSI GeForce 210 and I just got white snow on the screen, I went back to the N8400 and it worked fine
I then tried a Radeon RX550 and only got snow on the screen again,
Is there something in the bios that needs to be changed ?
