Cant figure out how to increase the screen size on my Huion Kamvas Pro to fill the entire screen when mirroring my windows 10 laptop. There must be a combination of buttons to press to fix this. Anyone have any advice for a newbie?
thx

Hello mitchspear
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to check this behavior further, could you please provide the following information?
1- Is this a new setup? Did this configuration work fine before?
2- When you mentioned that you are "mirroring my windows 10 laptop", do you mean the built-in display laptop and the Huion Kamvas Pro display are configured in "Clone mode"? Please provide details.
3- When searching on the web for "Huion Kamvas Pro*", it seems there are different models matching that description (Pro 13, Pro 16, Pro 20, Pro 22, etc.). Could you please confirm the exact model or provide a link as a reference?
4- How are you connecting this device to the laptop? Please provide details about the cable types, the type of video ports used in both sides (port used in the laptop and port used in the Huion Kamvas Pro*). Also, are you using adapters or converters?
5- Could you please provide a short video showing the behavior (to see better how the screen size looks like)?
6- Having the Huion Kamvas Pro* device connected to the laptop, please provide a Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers following the steps on the below link:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005848/graphics-drivers.html
7- Provide a DxDiag* report following these steps:
- In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
- In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
- Click on Save All Information.
- Open the report.
- Use the option "save all information" to save the .TXT file.
- Attach the report .TXT file to this thread.
Note: To upload and attach a file, sue the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" dialog below the edit box.
Best regards,
Andrew G.
