After updating my old Intel HD Graphics 620 driver from an older version to 27.20.100.8336, green distortion issues are arising on my Premiere pro. Neither am I able to work on Premiere pro nor am I able solve this issue by myself.
Please guide me to get it fixed and back running normal.

- What driver version was installed on the computer prior to this behavior? Was a generic driver or customized driver (i.e. provided by your computer manufacturer)?

I don't exactly remember the driver version that was previously installed unless i roll back to the previous version in the device manager.
The installed driver was a generic one.
Premiere pro is currently running Version 14.1.0
DxDiag* report attested.
