Hi!
Sorry if English doesn't make sense, I'm using a translator.
I have a problem, I bought an SSD and went to put Windows 10 through a pendriver, everything was fine, but when I update the video driver the screen goes black and does not come out of it. Only forcing the reboot to return to normal, but does not update the driver. In Device Manager it says the video driver is:
Microsoft basic video adapter
I've tried using the Intel and Samsung tools to update the driver, but the same thing happens, I also tried using a "recommended" driver version and the screen went black too
Samsung Essentials E21 Notebook
Intel HD Graphics 610
What should I do?
Thank you in advance
