Screen problem since yesterday,cant seem to find a way to fix help

so to recap my screen since yesterday has become odd colored and twice imaged example:http://prntscr.com/btnzd8 http://prntscr.com/btnzd8

i also state its not vissible from inscreenshot pics "aka lightshot" the pic you see is taken from a phone and uploaded then in lightshot.

any help?

Thank you for the report.

 

I have noticed that you are currently running Windows® 10 on an Intel® Core i3 370M, this is the 1st generation processor.

 

Please bear in mind that the 1st generation processor is not compatible for Windows® 10 and if this a driver issue, it might be expected due to hardware and driver compatibility as well.

 

 

You could test the hardware by connecting an external display or check if the computer BIOS looks the same.
