In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
What is the model of the motherboard?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?
Is this a new computer?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes besides the Windows update?
Which Windows* version are you using?
Are you using an external display?
If that is the case, which video port are you using to connect the monitor?
Please provide the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, checkmark all the options including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

I reset the computer. And spent the weekend updating it to what I was used to. Then I when I updated Windows 10 and it apparently fixed the blur. Muchas gracias Alberto.
