So the 101.3222_101.2111 fixes the most of the issues we guys are having like bad rendering issue the red textures and all and only solution we got is this driver and that driver crashes the game since most of the intel moderators are just saying that your system needs discrete graphics card but how does the last of u 2 and spiderman 2 and elden ring nightreign works fine on this graphics driver they launch they can play on 30 to 25 fps all the problem we got is red textures issue so instead of fixing it why yall are just saying that you need a graphics card thi hopefully yall understand this thing and fix it cuz all we can do is tell you to fix it we are not devs

Hello rafay19,

We are glad to hear that driver version 101.3222_101.2111 has resolved many of the issues you experienced, including rendering problems. Your observations are valuable, and we understand how important a smooth gaming experience is.

We want to assure you that we have thoroughly investigated these concerns. As previously mentioned, these particular titles are designed and optimized to run best on systems equipped with discrete graphics cards. While integrated graphics can support a wide range of games, certain high-performance titles may not deliver the same level of visual fidelity or stability without dedicated GPU hardware.

We completely understand your perspective and the expectations you have for your system. Please know that our resolution is based on careful analysis, extensive testing, and a commitment to providing accurate and transparent support. Our goal is always to help you get the best possible experience from your hardware, and we’re here to support you with any further questions or concerns you may have.

You can see the system requirements of the games here:

The Last of Us Part II Remastered

Marvel's Spider-Man 2

ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN

If you have other questions, please let us know.

Best regards

We understand this games minimum requirements have a discrete card on it. But iris xe runs games that also have discrete cards on their minimum requirements perfectly (such as Red Dead Redemption 2 or God of War Ragnarok and Even The Last of Us Part 1 and Elder Ring). All the community is tired to tell you that this is a driver related problem.

Because if it wasn't like this, why is 101.3222_101.2111 fixing the rendering problem?

I guess you can definitely fix it, as you did in January 2024, when you fixed the drivers, and made The Last Of Us Part 1 Remake to run fine on Iris Xe. Which i must add, has even higher requirements the The Last of Us part 2 Remastered, and runs well on iris xe.

Hello @rafay19 @PepoIRISXEl29,

We greatly appreciate your insights and feedback. Please know that your suggestion has been communicated internally multiple times, and we are actively working to address your needs and expectations. At this time, our resolution remains firm in recommending the use of a dedicated graphics card, as we currently do not have additional optimizations available for the drivers. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a specific ETA for when the patch will be released, similar to the situation with the titles you mentioned last year. However, rest assured that we are doing our utmost to resolve these issues and value your opinion on this matter. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Regards,

Hello rafay19,

I apologize for any inconvenience and am here to provide some clarity on this matter. After months of thorough investigation into the issues reported for The Last of Us Part II, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN, we've concluded that the difficulties arise from the game's system requirements. While the game may occasionally function with different driver versions, we've verified that Intel Iris Xe Graphics does not meet the minimum requirements specified by the game developers. Although some users might have managed to run earlier versions or similar titles, this version appears to employ newer rendering features that are unsupported or unstable on this hardware. We recommend reaching out directly to the game developers, as they are best positioned to determine if support or a workaround is feasible.

We understand this information has been communicated before, but it is based on our detailed investigation and analysis. Consequently, I will be closing this inquiry. If you need further assistance, please feel free to submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
