Hello Safwan1,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
Please help share the following details below, so I can properly check and isolate the issue and provide you with an accurate fix.
1) Please share screenshot of your game's graphics settings.
2) What game platform is used (Steam, Epic, etc.)
3) Kindly share your system configuration so I can check the drivers and components for proper issue isolation. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt). Attach the log file as you reply.
4) Provide your:
- Power Supply make and model.
- Display/Monitor make and model and its specification's link.
5) For graphics corruption (per example artifacts, textures corruption or lighting glitches) please use any 3rd party application to capture screenshots or a video showing the bug. Alternatively, you may use your phone's camera or similar.
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
