Static when upgrading HD 4600 driver

I am upgrading my Intel HD 4600 to lastest version then suddenly this happen.

I understand Intel engineering team is currently working on new graphics drivers for Windows 10. I still do not have an estimate but they will be posted at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
