System blue screen when access Intel Graphic Control Panel System Information

My system been turned into blue screen every time i run the Intel Graphic Control Panel System Information. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Intel Graphic, somehow when i reinstall it my screen keeps flickering in black and I only can see my mouse cursor on the screen. Sometimes the screen also have some glitching when run some 3D apps. Please find the link to my video on YouTube. Please advice.

I was not able to watch the video you posted, it seems to be private content.

Please try to install the following driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25541/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40- Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40] and let me know if the issue still persists.
