Hi,
I recently upgraded to windows 10 creator update. Before the upgrade my intel graphics driver is working fine. After the upgrade to windows 10 creator it is not working any more.
Any advice what I can do to this? I cannot also rollback the windows upgrade because I tried that to delay the upgrade for so may times and I always bug me to upgrade.
Btw, I dont use antivirus nor anti spyware. I only use the default/built-in windows antivirus.
Here is the error and my laptop details that might help you guys :

Michael12345: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Graphics communities. We are sorry to hear the laptop is not working as expected.
In order to try to fix this problem, I looked on ASUS's web site for the proper graphics driver for your system, but there is no driver available, which means that probably the laptop is working with the Microsoft "Inbox" driver, that gets installed automatically:
https://www.asus.com/Laptops/X450CA/HelpDesk_Download/ https://www.asus.com/Laptops/X450CA/HelpDesk_Download/
Additionally, we can try to un-install the current graphics driver from device manager and re-install the latest driver version 4653:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26813/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=81499 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26813/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=81499
Just in case, if by any chance the driver does not get installed, then we can try to install it manually:

Any further questions, please let me know.

Hi @Alberto,
I did uninstall and reinstall the driver using automatic update and use the default installed driver of Microsoft. Same error. Every time the driver/service starts, it crash immediately.
Yes, there is no update from Asus.
I think the 10.0.15063.0 is the Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.33] which the latest driver at the moment. But let me check this again. I am using my other laptop right now.

The PC has worked flawlessly up until the installation of Microsoft's Creators update
I have 3 monitors. VGA, HDMI and USB. My configuration has the HDMI monitor duplicated over the USB attached monitor.
I have run Dell's update utility and Intel's update utility - everything is up to date.
I have tried everything suggested in this thread. I've unrolled the Windows 10 Creators update - all is good for now.
I have other Dell desktops - no problems with those (but they are single monitor configurations).
