The Last Last of Us Part 2 and Iris Xe

hi, i just installed the lastest driver available ( 32.0.101.6739 ) an The Last of us part2, still has the rendering problem i stated in a discussion almost 3 weeks ago. I am using an 11th generation I5 processor, have 24 gbs of Ram, and have Intel Iris xe as intergrated graphics. The game runs on the similar spec integrated graphics amd cards.
I will share an image with this mail so you can see, it is the same that happens in the new Spider-Man 2 video game (which is also a port by Nixxes and Playstation).
Hope you can fix it, as you did with the The Last of Us part 1 on pc, which I enjoyed too much thanks to my humble setup.
I dont believe the game is too badly optimized because it´s running on handhelds pc (that runs with integrated graphics).
And to mention, i can run God of War Ragnarok, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Spiderman Remastered smoothly (for this setting is aprox in the 30fps). My laptop also runs Uncharted 4, and lastly The Last of Us Part 1. Soooo, if you guys can give the low spec faithful iris xe players a hand, we will be grateful.
The game looks exactly like this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9isFjc-gl9Y&ab_channel=VITO
i´m fully aware of a pop up message in the launcher saying the my gpu is not supported. I know the minimun specs (
Minimum (720p Low @ 30 FPS)

Processor: Intel Core i3-8100 or AMD Ryzen 3 1300X
Memory: 16 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4GB) or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT (4GB)
Storage: 150 GB SSD space
OS: Windows 10/11 (1909 or higher)

But this doesn´t change the fact that the problem isn´t that, the problem is within the drivers of Iris Xe and the games Nixxes Studios ports from ps4 and ps5, basing this on the fact that similar specs AMD integrated graphics (which are not in the minimum specs too) are running the game, without the rendering black and red screen problem.
For this I ask, if you can see if the DEVS can solve this driver problem so we Iris XE players can enjoy this game. There are many discussions about Spiderman 2 and the same problem on intel forums (please look into it).
I have already answer this questions:
What is the exact model of your laptop?
1. ASUS X515 EA-INTEL I5 11TH GENERATION- IRIS XE- 24 GB RAM
Have you tried using the OEM driver for testing?
2. I have
Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
3. I have completely removed the old driver and install the new one, check the bios update, and the windows update.
Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
4. All set to the minimun posible (Very Low), with IrisXee re-scalator set in balanced, fsr on, vsync on.
Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?
5. I buy it and download it from steam.
Also thanks to the community of iris xe players we came with this video Look at this https://youtu.be/_rr4mB73QWE?feature=shared.Seems
This old driver fixes the problem with the game, it might help you get into a developing and updated driver that help us ( the driver where the red and black glitch is fixed: 31.0.101.3222. Nonetheless it´s old and unstable (does not support fsr and frame generation) and the game crashes after a minute or two of gaming. Hope that this can help you guys figure out what is wrong and develop a new driver that performs well and fixes the red and black glitch in the game.)
Lastly, the game can run between 20-30 fps on high contrast mode (activated on accessibility options) which proves the point of the game running and this being definitely a driver problem.
I share multiple screenshots of my computer showing how the game looks with the bug, the settings of the game, the old driver(31.0.101.3222) that "fixes" the colors but its unstable, the high contrast mode and the Ssu of my computer.

Hope you can answer soon.

Looks like this is the current thread, I updated my issue on the older one, I'll post here too!

I've been struggling with the same thing, here's the details for my build:

HP Probook 440 G8
512 GB SSD
Win 11 PRO x64
Intel Integrated Iris XE
16 GB DDR4

THLOU 1 worked fine along with GTA 5 and other titles including RDR1 and 2, but TLOU 2 is having the same issue that you reported, and this is due to the driver version, I hope a new one is rolled out soon.

I would suggest everyone to open new thread. It would be better than replying other's threads, I believe. Let's keep pushing the Devs.

If we insist enough and all presenting this trouble make a thread we will make the listen. Not giving up on this, especially knowing the game runs and that eventually I will be able to play it.

May 27th: no update from the teams of devs yet. They received all the information i gave to them, including the videos, snapshots, and the ssu of my computer. They are "working" on it, as soon as I have an update I will share it here.

May 29th Update: The support ticket that i created almost a month ago is being responded by many Intel Workers, some say the problem cannot be fixed, others that they are still working on it. I seriously do not understand in which one i should believe. As soon as i have any good news u will updated here. Meanwhile, the game remains unfixed.

May 30th: Today they responded that Iris Xe does not meet the minimun requirements. Even though i showed them all the information i gathered proving the setup can run the game. They won't listen because of the minimun requirements. I sincerely don't know what else to do, we need more people reporting the same problem maybe. If anyone can help would be nice

What kind of behavior is that of intels team I seriously don't get it that and they said they're working on it just to say that the minimum specs aren't requirements

Yeah, they could be using this to his favour (improving their support to Iris Xe) and showing they can do better. Seems it's easier to ignore us and force us to choose Amd in the future

Seem other games like Elder Ring Nightrein are suffering the same problem, which i think it has to do with dx12 or something. Please Intel help us out

Update June 2nd: Today i received this from the support ticket i opened a few days ago. Here's the English translation:
Thank you very much for your response.
I have verified the information and found the following resources:
https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/The-Last-Last-of-Us-Part-2-and-Iris-Xe/td-p/1685669
Upon checking, this issue has already been escalated, and the driver development team is aware of it and continues to work on it.
However, The Last of Us Part 2 requires a dGPU, and unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimated release date for a driver that might fix the issue you've encountered, as it is beyond our scope.
I recommend that you closely follow the community forum and Intel's latest driver releases, as we will continue to update with new versions.
We will temporarily close this case. You can still reopen the case by logging into the web portal or by replying to this email. Please note that if follow-up occurs more than 15 days after closure, a new case will be created referencing the original case.
Pretty similar to the response given by Dhanniel almost a month ago, so hopes back i guess (????)
