I've also downloaded the software that you mentioned in your reply,but I dont know after collecting info than how should I send the file?! thats why I sent text and picture...those are collected via using Dxdiag & Intel® Driver &support assistant....

And I download this version driver

In the lower right-hand corner of the edit window, you should see an Attach icon. If this icon is not present, there should be a button in the upper right-hand corner that says something like Use Advanced Editor; click on that and it should enable the Attach icon.

Just a guess (and yes, I am grasping at straws), but I think you may need to upgrade to a later update of Windows 10 before this install will work. It may not work with the original Creators Update. If I am right, you may have to back off to a much, much older version of the driver if you want to stick with the Creators Update.
