The graphics card driver always drops

The driver program of the core display of the 13th-generation i9 processor often drops. After downloading and installing it again, there is indeed no major problem, but not long after it is installed, it drops again, and the computer has a mosaic screen. The event log says it is a startup error.

Thank you for posting in the community. To further investigate this, I want to set your expectations that I will be asking you some questions to narrow down the possible solutions for your situation.


  1. Can you tell me the exact model of your processor?
  2. Additionally, are you using a desktop or laptop?
  3. If you are using desktop can you tell me the exact model of your motherboard? But if you are using laptop what is the exact model of your laptop?
  4. Do you have a dedicated GPU in your system?
  5. What graphics driver version you are trying to install?
  6. Also, can you tell me if you download the graphics driver from Intel website?
