Ubuntu Driver for Intel Corporation Device a780

Hello

We have an issue to make it work a double monitor on a Dell Computer with the the Intel  a780 with ubuntu 20.04.

We suspect that we are missing some drivers, is possible to download them for intel?

We would like to let you know that the Intel Arc Graphics Driver for the Ubuntu Operating System is available in our download center. You can also take a look at the article "Where Can I Find Linux Drivers for Intel® Arc™ Graphics?" for further instructions about the installation process. However, we want to let you know that the A780 is not part of the Intel Arc graphics products line. This is not an option for the Intel Arc Desktop, Laptops, or our Professional Graphics; based on that, we would like to confirm the exact model of your Dell Computer to confirm if you have a valid Intel Arc A-series graphics card.
