Unable to login to intel dev cloud New user

This is the error I got

 

 

Load key "/mnt/d/IIITB_Data/IntelDevCloud/colfax-access-key-24884": Permission denied

guest@cluster.colfaxresearch.com: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).

ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
