Unable to reinstall Intel-Driver-and-Support-Assistant

Everytime I run the installer, it shows that the program has been installed

Clicking repairing or uninstalling doesn't work. Next time it still shows this dialog. No log generated.

I have tried to uninstall it with DSAUninstaller, but it does not work. Log attached.

SSU result is also attached.

Apologies for the delay on my response. We would like to suggest considering the following steps to help us with the situation. Please see below for your reference:

 

  1. Check Apps & features inside Windows if Intel® Driver & Support Assistant can be found. If yes, uninstall the app following the article: How to Uninstall the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant. If not, proceed to Step 2.
  2. Check if Intel DSA folder exists in your system. You can go to C:/ProgramData/Intel/DSA (default location). If the folder is present and there are files inside the folder, uninstall the app following the same article below and reinstall the app. How to Uninstall the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
  3. Check if there are any pending Windows update.
  4. Please check if you are able to run Intel® Driver & Support Assistant via this link: Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
  5. Reinstall Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
