I very often get crashes with BSOD, on Windows 10, 64 bit so I am updating my drivers...
I have the Intel64 Family 6 Model 60 Stepping 3
Processor currently has driver version 10.0.17134.1
However on the web site I see that there is a significantly better version 15.40.38.4963
When I try install I receive the message: The computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.
Driver and Support Assistant says that there are no software updates available.
Is it perhaps because I don't have OpenGL/OpenCL?
is it normal? Any help or advice to see if I can update would be appreciated.
Thanks
Robert

This is your processor.

Click on "downloads and software" and you will find your drivers.
OpenGL and OpenCL are included in the graphics driver.
BSODs have an error code associated with them. Provide the code.
Also, provide the anti-virus software you are using.
And, are you using a laptop or desktop? Provide the complete system model number.
Last, have you used the drivers provided by your system manufacturer? If not, you should try those first.
If you have trouble finding this information, run the utility below and attach the results.

Hi
Thanks for your response.
I can confirm that according to Intel site I should be able to install the drivers.
All manufacturer drivers except intel are up to date.
I have attached the specs.
I am using Kaspersky Free as antivirus.
The BSOD error codes are quite varied to be honest.
Thanks a lot

You have an nvidia graphics card. Typically, when you have an add-on card, it will disable the cpu graphics.
You can confirm this in the bios. If it is as I say, then you should not be updating the cpu graphics.
Also, with many and varied bsods as you say, I would start looking at memory issues.
Lastly, I would certainly look at getting rid of kaspersky for something better.
