Hello David-Toh,
Thank you for posting in the Intel Community!
I've reviewed the graphics driver version 32.0.101.6733 mentioned in your post, and it appears to be a version provided by DELL. If you're experiencing issues with this driver, I recommend reaching out to DELL for assistance. However, if you wish to isolate the problem, you might consider using our generic graphics driver version 32.0.101.6874, which is WHQL Certified. Before installing the new driver, please ensure you perform a clean installation. For guidance, you can refer to our article on "Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows*."
Best regards,

Hi Norman,
I've installed both 32.0.101.6874 and 32.0.101.6733 and both resulted in the same issue i.e. green snowy static images. However, the version 31.0.101.5382 seems to be much more stable and working fine now.
My question is - if there are further updates from Intel Driver Support Assistant - do I ignore these updates and continue to work with updates from Dell Support Assist or MS Windows update.
I wish to only work with programs that doesn't imped my work not get confused with different updates from different sources.
Appreciate any advice.
Thanks.

Could you please check if the issue exists on driver version 32.0.101.6647 and/or 32.0.101.6556?
