Update

I try to update and it does everything correctly, but when I do the recommended restart, it simply doesn't update.

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details: 

 

  • May I know which specific update you are referring to? Is it a driver update, a system update, or something else?
  • Are you using a desktop or a laptop?
  • Lastly, may I know the reason for updating—are you experiencing any particular issue?

 

For me to review the hardware and the installed driver, please help generate the SSU logs of your system.
