Description
While I am using my computer, the cursor will turn into an hourglass and the displays will stop updating. After six minutes, the computer will reboot. There is a bugcheck recorded in the event log. And the !analyze is below.
I know the underlying computer keeps working. Only the displays freeze. I was typing in a remote computer. And I found my missing keystrokes after reconnecting.
This issue is very sporadic. The issue only happens while the computer is in use. It did not bugcheck overnight. Also, it did not bugcheck while I was away from my desk for three hours. But I did have an issue early in the afternoon when I started using my computer again. There does not seem to be a specific trigger. It just happens after some interactive use. I tried running FurMark for fifteen minutes. That had no impact.
Hardware
I am using an Intel NUC5CPYH.
The only video card is the integrated Intel Graphics.
I have two displays in an extended configuration. Both are LG IPS234V-PN displays. The resolution on each display is 1920 x 1080 x 32bit 60Hz. The monitors and the NUC use DC power adapters. One display is connected by HDMI and the other by VGA.
There is 8GB of memory installed.
See attached for the graphics hardware stepping.
Software
The operating system is Windows 10 Pro x64 Version 1511.
I am including a screen capture of the Intel Graphics Properties.
I installed the graphics driver from the sticky post on the Intel forums. This is the driver version printed in the installation log: 20.19.15.4501 The !analyze is for this driver.
