I'm experiencing frame drop(100 to 40) very 30 sec in game (unrated, Comp, Spike rush ) for past 2 month. Tried different version of intel uhd 630 driver still having the issue . Is this software or hardware problem any solution to this.

Your system has Nvidia graphics... if you're running the game with nvidia gpu (default, expected, and recommended scenario) thus, you need to discuss this with nvidia support/forums... Make sure you have the proper settings on Nvidia control panel and the latest nvidia drivers... also check your power settings (it may limit or set preference of battery life-saving power over performance...)

If you're running the game on intel's gpu... there is a known issue:

Intel has checked this problem since around a year ago and they were unable to replicate this or find a fix... there are two workarounds, rolling back to a previous driver version (27.20.100.8476) or switching to an SSD... Other than that, it seems that the topic has been closed by Intel and no real fix is available...

Full information is available here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057695/graphics/graphics-for-8th-generat...

In this thread, two users said they solved by installing driver previous version : 30.0.100.9805.

Hello @Kodi_V

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

The information provided by the community is correct. Intel has been unable to replicate this issue on multiple systems using different processors and integrated graphics and our latest generic DCH drivers. This issue is being discussed on this Community thread

Users comment that rolling back to driver 27.20.100.8476 seems to address performance while others have reported the issue goes away when switching from a mechanical hard drive to a Solid State Drive (SSD).

However, since you have informed us via an internal post/message that you are using NVIDIA* Graphics, in this scenario we recommend addressing this issue to your computer manufacturer (OEM) ACER* Support or NVIDIA* Support for specific assistance on NVIDIA* GPUS.

Having said that, we will proceed to close this thread now from our side. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Best regards,

Andrew G.
