Hello,
I have a Lenovo Legion Pro 7 16IRX8H laptop running 64-bit Windows 11 Home, with a13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900HX processor and nVidia GeForce RTX 4080 Laptop GPU.
GeForce drivers install successfully, but the 4080 is only used for games. The last successful Intel graphics driver installed was Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6913 on July 28, 2025, titled Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows.
Since then, the updater downloads a driver titled Intel® 11th – 14th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows, and when the package name changed, the installer would download, and immediately crash upon opening the installation window, with error code 1000.
At one point, I forced a driver installation, and that resulted in a black screen on startup, without even a mouse arrow. I was eventually able to install driver 32.0.101.6733, which I am using now.
I have attached an SSU file to this message.
Your advice and help will be greatly appreciated.
