W10 Updates and install downloads.

Using W10 / Laptop ASUS Core i5. Advised to download and install the following.

"Intel Corporation - Graphics Adapter WDDM1.0, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.3 - Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000"

Laptop....freezes.......are these files to be downloaded and installed for W10.....as most are still trying to workout and install W7 /8.0 and 8.1 ???

Any one assist please?
