Hello, I currently own a Dell XPS 15 2022 model with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU. I have been experiencing an issue over the past year maybe, that whenever I update the Intel HD Graphics driver, via Intels website or dells website my laptop ends up having washed-out colors, no matter what troubleshooting I do with disabling power saving settings, etc, nothing fixes the issue. The only way I can get this to go back to normal is by reinstalling the driver version 30.0.101.1631. Other than that there's no way to fix the issue, I have searched high and low on Reddit, here and Dell forums but nothing fixes my issue. Any suggestions or advice would be highly appreciated it.

Hello @Sebasc10
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
Please answer the following:
· Does it happen using an external monitor?
· Did you disable the NVIDIA GPU? We need to test only with the Intel graphics.
Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center
Best regards,
Jose B.

Hello Sebasc10
Thank you for the information and the reports.
I noticed that the system is not up to date. Please download and install the latest BIOS 1.16.0 (If additional help is needed, please contact the system manufacturer).
Then, download and install the latest graphics driver from the manufacturer Intel UHD/Iris Xe Graphics driver
Finally, please update Windows by going to Start > Settings > Windows Update to have the latest build.
Best regards,
Jose B.
