If you are not sure which card is in the computer, the exact name of your graphics card is available in the Windows Display Settings, that you can find through the Control Panel. You can also run Microsoft's DirectX diagnostic tool to get this information:

  1. From the Start menu, open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type dxdiag
  3. Click on the Display tab of the dialog that opens to find graphics card information.

Hope this helps!

Lewis

User15753491856237750590, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

I just wanted to check if you were able to gather the information that you were looking for and if you need further assistance on this matter?

If you do:

What is the model of the computer?

What is the model of the Intel® Processor?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

Just to let you know, the 10th generation Intel® Processors will show just the family controller that they belong to e.g: Intel® UHD Graphics Family, but as you mentioned they do not show a specific number. So, if you are using a 10th Generation Intel® Processor it is normal for the Intel® Graphics controller not to show the specific number.

Any questions, please let us know.

Regards,

Alberto R.

User15753491856237750590, Thank you very much for providing those details.

According to the information showing in the link you gave us, the laptop is working with the Intel® Core™ i5-10210U Processor, that is an Intel® 10th Generation Processor, that is why you will only see Intel® UHD Graphics as the graphics controller, that is expected for this type of units.

If for gaming purposes you need to know the specifics of theIntel® UHD Graphics controller, you can always find them in the following links:
