UHD630 was introduced with Intel Coffee Lake processors. What the HDMI port can do depends on what other components the device manufacturer uses on the motherboard.

The device is an HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-xa0026na.
The only video output is HDMI 1.4
This enables the transmission of a video signal with a maximum pixel clock of 300 MHz TMDS.
1920 x 1080 @ 120 Hz (CVT-RB) = 285.55 MHz
1920 x 1080 @ 180 Hz (AOC 24G4 custom video timing) = 415.59 MHz
Unfortunately, you have to stay at 1080p @ 120 Hz. You can't go any further.
