What is this overlay?

Win11 laptop with Iris Xe, with second monitor connected as duplicate display. Every time I open the laptop lid, this overlay comes on the built-in display. Seems to be asking me to choose extended or duplicate.

Is it a Windows 11 feature?

Is it an Intel Iris Xe feature?

Anyone know how to disable the overlay popping up?

SOLVED. Found the culprit, and turned it OFF...
