Compared to the other brands Nvidia/AMD, when you output a game through a secondary gpu, your framerate loss is minimal (When going from GTX 1080 to B580) framerate in game is unchanged.
When going from (B580 output to GTX 1080) Framerate drops substantially.
The reason this is not in "Gaming forums" is because this has to deal with Dual gpu usage and the interactions between them.
B580 output
GTX 1080 output.
I use an application called "Lossless scaling"
It is supposed to offload the performance loss of frame generation onto a secondary graphics card
As part of the Discord community, I have asked around and found out that this large performance drop is exclusive to using intel cards as the main renderer.
I am using Pci-e 3.0x8 for both cards, This should let me send 1440p 240fps to the second graphics card without a Pci-e bottleneck as tested by the entire community.
Again. The performance hit only affects me when i go From B580 to GTX1080, it does not exist the other way around.

Hi Puffalo,
To help us further isolate and troubleshoot the issue, could you kindly provide the following details:
- Does the problem occur only when using Lossless Scaling? If you disable it, does the issue still persist?
- Which specific games are affected?
- Are you using Lossless Scaling via Steam, or through another platform?
This information will greatly assist us in narrowing down the cause and identifying the right solution.
Best regards,
Earl E.
