I cannot find a dynamic refresh rate setting, when the plug is off refresh rate changes to 60hz which is annoying. please tell me what options I should change.

Hello,

I am using MSI laptop, so in the MSI app there was an option to disable this setting. I recommend you to go to your manufacture software and explore there is IGCC not helping.
