Where do i change the bus interface from 2x to 16x on my b250 motherboard

I have a gpu riser cable it says it support 16x but right now my bus interface is 2x and i dont know where to change this

That's a good question - for the manufacturer of your B250 motherboard. This is not an Intel product, so we cannot help you with this; only your manufacturer can.
