I seached within Intel Support and what I got were Intel USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller drivers for MICROSOFT WINDOWS 7.

Microsoft Windows 8 was released yesterday, October 26 and where is the compatible driver for it?
Could an Intel technical support representative feedback to technical support about this problem?

I can confirm it works, just make sure of 2 things.
1. You reboot Windows without driver signature enforcement
2. Never restore these drivers if you uninstall them. I originally tried them out and wanted to compare them with the native drivers so I uninstalled them, then I tried restoring them when I confirmed they worked better, however I wasn't in windows with driver signature enforcement off, it resulted in a complete vanishing of my USB 3.0 devices. I was utterly lost on how to fix it, the saving grace was System Restore which allowed me to restore just slightly back in time to before I installed the modified drivers. It was fine then.

This may have been mentioned in the thread already...but if you have an SCCM 2007 environment the built in USB 3 drivers in Windows 8 prevent the machine from completing a hardware inventory. The driver contains a null character at the end of the driver name and it causes the inventory process to stop. You can go through the steps to load the Windows 7 driver and it fixes it...but this shouldn't be necessary.
I will state that the problem isn't limited to just Intel's USB 3.0 controller driver. We have machines with Renasas controllers that have the same problem.
Fortunately, I only have a handful of Windows 8 machines deployed. I don't yet know if this problem exists with SCCM 2012. We're in the process of migrating to that environment now, but I'm not at a point where I can transition my clients over to it, yet.
EDIT: Turns out Microsoft released an update that's supposed to fix the problem:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2822343 CR/LF characters in the "FriendlyName" value of a USB 3.0 extensible Host Controller don't query in applications in Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012
