Where is the zip file download option for 15.40.4.64.4256?

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25150 Intel® Download Center only has the .exe option. .zip option is required for the surface pro 3.

Found the log file C:\Intel\Logs\IntelGFX.log contained the answer..

The files I needed for manual install are unpacked by the .exe into %AppData%\Local\Temp\pft686A~tmp
