Lenovo Legion go handheld. It runs very well, and it's under the win11 system,The performance is also very good. However, I'm somewhat curious whether Arc graphics cards can run it, whether it's standalone graphics cards or IGPUs. If any of you are interested, could you help test it out?

Is there a way to solve the problem of Intel XE not running? Even if it's not for myself, it's for other users who use Intel XE. In theory, there shouldn't be any performance issues, and AMD iGPU can run it

Hello leo34,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community forum and sharing your experience with testing Forza Horizon 3 using Arc graphics cards. I understand the challenges you are facing with your current setup and your preference for the maps in Forza Horizon 3.
Please note that support for cracked versions of games is limited due to restrictions in programming processes. I kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.
To better assist, may I ask the following:
- Could you please tell us what troubleshooting steps have you already performed to address the issue?
- Have you tried using the official launcher such as the Xbox app to run the game?
- Could you share the exact error message or behavior when the game crashes on launch? If possible, please provide screenshots or a video of the issue.
- Are you using any specific launcher or emulator to run the cracked version of the game?
- Upon checking, Forza Horizon 3 is available at Forza Horizon 3 | Xbox, have you tried checking this?
- Could you please provide us the SSU logs of your system? You can find instructions on How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
Upon checking the system requirements needed for this game, please be informed that game compatibility may vary depending on the specific model of the graphics card. Some games may run without issues, while others may encounter limitations. However, please allow us to further check this.
I will wait for your response and will be happy to assist you further.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Kenneth B.

I don't know if I didn't explain it clearly or if you misunderstood,My graphics card is Intel Iris Xe, and I don't have an Arc graphics card. I just want to know if the Arc graphics card can run. My Intel Iris Xe can't open it. As for games, they can't be purchased from the XBOX store, and only cracked versions can be used for playing or testing,The cracked version also runs on XBOX. My graphics card is Intel Iris Xe, which can play Forza 6, Forza 7, Forza (currently with graphics bugs), Forza Horizon 4, and Forza Horizon 5, but cannot open Forza Horizon 3

Hi leo34,
Thank you for the clarification. I understand that you are using an Intel Iris Xe graphics card and are curious whether Intel Arc graphics cards can run Forza Horizon 3, since your current setup cannot launch the game. I appreciate you sharing your experience with other Forza titles as well.
Regarding your question, Intel Arc graphics cards are significantly more powerful than the Iris Xe and are designed to handle more demanding gaming workloads. While Forza Horizon 3 is no longer officially available for purchase or download, and I cannot support or test cracked versions, it is likely that Arc graphics cards would be capable of running the game smoothly, assuming the system meets all other requirements and the game files are intact.
For now, please allow me to check this internally so we can check why Forza Horizon 3 is not working properly like 4 and 5.
I will make sure to provide you with an update as soon as possible once I have more information to share.
Best regards,
Kenneth B.

thank your reply, let me add that when running Intel Xe, it will prompt that the graphics card cannot be found, but you can click ignore and continue,But after I finished clicking, the game went black for a while and then crashed,At first, I also received this prompt when running Horizon 4 on Intel XE, but the game can still run and play normally,Just the prompt disappeared after the screen update, you can start it directly now,Horizon 5 has a prompt when launching on Steam, but not on Xbox. However, it can still be played normally
I translated the English using software, there may be some inaccuracies
