The latest (and likely last) driver for HD 4400 graphics is here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29474?product=81015
However, you should use the driver from Asus unless they tell you differently:
https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/X555LA/HelpDesk_Download/
For your OS, are you Windows 10, version 1909?
The list of exclusions is here:
The IDSA is intended for Intel boards (NUCs and Sticks). For your laptop, you should be using an Asus tool, if they have one.
Here is a link to the drivers and bios for your laptop on the asus support site:
https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/X555LA/HelpDesk_Download/
If you need more help, download, run, and ATTACH (using the paperclip under the toolbar) the results of this utility:

Are you running Windows 10? What version? 1909?
What is your processor model number?
What is the model number of your laptop?
There is either no intel products on your PC, or your graphics are unsupported and you are using the Microsoft generic adapter.
Also, have you checked the exclusion list?

Hi!
Thanx 4 reply. I'll try to give you all I can about my laptop and OS:
ASUS X555LA
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.6GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 6.00 GB (5.89 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Haven't tried "Exceptions" - don't know how to! Would probably make wrong choices!
Be REALLY grateful for any help you can offer.
Regards,
Zig
