I have a Lenovo Yoga 500-15IBD notebook with an Intel Core i3-5020 CPU and an integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500. I commonly use the Intel Driver and Support Assistant to update my drivers and it updated the graphics driver a few weeks agto to version 15.40 (20.19.15.5063).
Today Windows Update shows that it want's to install the following driver:
Intel Corporation - Display - 3/8/2017 12:00:00 AM - 20.19.15.4624
I´m wondering why Windows wants to install an OLDER driver version. Is something wrong with the version 20.19.15.5063???
I have installed Windows 10 Pro 1903 Build 18362.418.
Thank you and best regards,
Christof

You must ask Microsoft AND/OR Lenovo these questions.

I had this issue several times with my HD 5500 powered Acer laptop over the years, i think it is a bug in Windows update.
Anyway, there is a newer driver...
