Describe your hardware and Os:

What is your processor model number?

What is your device model number? Laptop or desktop?

What OS? Windows 10? What version? 1903?

Are you using an add-on graphics card as well?

I am talking about an add-on card (like the nvidia), and not an eGPU.

On many motherboards, using an add-on card will disable the onboard (intel) graphics.

You need to check your bios settings, or contact MSI for support with their bios and video settings.
