Why my Intel HD 4400 refuse new updates?

Hi, i'm a new user of this fantastic community ^^ I have an ASUS laptop (X554L) with i3 4030U and Intel HD 4400 on-board, Windows 10 x64 installed. I can't update the 4400! Every time i use the Intel HD Update Utility or the classic Windows Update service i can't get over the basic 10.18.15.4248 driver.

Is the only driver that can be installed on this particular laptop config? Or can i install the lastestpackage (v15... for Win10 x64) manually without any risk for the system?

When I use that link, I get a 404 error code after accepting the ToC. Is this for everyone?
