Windows 10 graphics problem after update

The windows 10 graphics is showing problem after driver update. Words appear blurry sometimes , start MENU tiles color change color randomly ..maybe turn black even!! My hardware is Intel core i5 with Intel 5500 HD graphics and nvidia geforce 830m. Any fix?

Please let me know the brand and model of your machine, the output that you are using, the driver version that you have installed and also verify witch graphics card you are using, the Nvidea or the HD graphics?

HP LAPTOP P210TX with integrated Intel HD graphics 5500 and nvidia geforce 830m graphics card. Intel driver version iris .4256 (latest ) LAPTOP uses both the graphics card.

I'm having the same problem with my new Dell Inspiron with Intel HD 5500 graphics. Text and icons in several apps appear fuzzy and the start menu tiles change color randomly. I chacked and my driver is the most up to date driver available.
