I recently installed a new driver for my Intel HD 620 laptop from the intel website (v. 31.0.101.2128), and now a day later I check my Windows Update Center, and its asking me if I want to install a graphics driver downgrade (v. 27.20.100.9664).
Now I've browsed and saw the reason why it happens (vendors choosing which updates their devices get or sth relatedto the hardware info), but my question is: Do I have to downgrade or is it fine if I don't downgrade?

Theres no definite answer to this. It all comes down to your preferences and if there's any issues using older drivers. If you prefer to use the latest, you can either ignore it or if the update pushes through, just do another update without clean installing it.
