For a comprehensive analysis of your system, would you be able to provide the SSU logs? Additionally, it would be greatly beneficial if you could provide the game settings, should we need to duplicate the problem on our side.
Could you also inform us about the circumstances under which the issue occurs? Does it happen immediately upon launching the game or during gameplay?
