Writing a Windows 7 Gadget for the Intel HD Graphics

Hello,

I wonder where I can look, I understand GPUMeter uses JScript and Javascript to interface with a dll called GPUStatusReader.dll

But there isn't one for the Intel HD graphics.

1) Where can I find such a dll? or write by myself, what SDK to look for?

2) If you would like to answer this question too -> How do I interface a dll with JScript or javascript?
