Please post the graphics report generated in your system using the instructions on the following URL:
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009476.htm Graphics | Intel (R) Graphics Driver Report
In addition, copy paste also the dxdiag report from that same system.

Of course you cannot find intel graphics tab because you have not instlled graphics driver. And unfortunately, there is no 64bit driver for Intel GMA 3600, so just one suggestion: Install Windows 7 32bit

Jay123, you need to confirm if your system supports switchable graphics or not with your motherboard or computer manufacturer. If not, then by installing the GTX video card in the system, the integrated video display of the processor is disabled, so the driver is not required and cannot be installed.
Anyhow, the generic driver for the video controller in the i7-4770k is posted here:

Same issue happened. Solved like this:
Removed "Display Driver"-item in device manager list with "uninstalling drivers" tick
Then
1)Start booting WIndows with continuously pressing F8 right after POST(same as if you want to go to "Safe Mode")
2)Select "Disable driver signature enforcement"
3)Let Windows find some vga-device(it should not look for drivers, just install some vga device without drivers right after Windows stops loading)
4)Try to install Your drivers.
