I am currently using a program I developed to display videos and images, and videos are played using WMPlayer.
However, the program crashes when playing videos only on a specific PC. According to the Event Viewer, the error module is identified as igd9trinity32.dll.
I found similar discussions on this issue and have referred to them. I am sharing the logs related to this problem for further review.
Please check and advise.

Hi Orora,
Thank you for posting in the communities,
I will need more context about your current situation. I have a few questions I would like to ask. Please see the following questions below:
- Did you perform a clean installation?
- Can you tell me if the program you developed also works on different laptops?
- Have you tried using a laptop that has an Nvidia or AMD GPU?
- When you say "the program crashes when playing videos only on specific PCs," can you elaborate more on this?
- You also mentioned that you found a discussion about the same issue. Can you share the link for that? Do they also use Intel graphics?
- Can you share the error code?
This information will help me further analyze your situation.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.
