Hello focus,

We understand that you were unable to respond to your original thread.

Checking your system reports, we noticed that the graphics driver version installed on your system is 31.0.101.4032. There is a newer driver version for your Intel Arc graphics cards. Perform a clean driver installation, updating your graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4146.

Also, your Operating System Build is version 10.0.19044. The latest version available is .19045. Please, install all the necessary Windows updates on your system.

Best regards,

Hi,

I have the same issue here. When I use ffmpeg libraries for encoding with qsv (hevc_qsv ...) I see leak in memory. The "Paged pool" increases. It doesn't go back when I stop/close the application.

Cheers
